Production Processes
Extrusion of
aluminium
Our latest aluminium profile extrusion line combines cutting-edge technology and precision, ensuring products that meet the highest standards.

Technological equipment
Modern Equipment
Our equipment includes two presses from Presezzi, with capacities of 1800/2000 tons and 2500 tons, a profile handling table, and a packing line. We support production with the latest version of the Extrusion Management System software from Uno Informatica and the Contur Projector measurement system (by Ascona), which enables issuing certificates to verify the dimensional control of extruded profiles.

Production process
In the production process, we use aluminum alloys, and our cooling and aging system allows the application of heat treatments up to T6. Precise process monitoring ensures the creation of products fully compliant with European standards.
Dimensions and production capabilities
On the 25 MN press, we can extrude flat profiles with maximum dimensions of 300 mm x 13 mm, square profiles up to 150 mm x 150 mm, rectangular profiles up to 250 mm x 100 mm, and round tubes with a maximum diameter of ∅200 mm. On the 18 MN press, we can produce the same types of profiles with slightly smaller dimensions.
The maximum profile length that can be produced on both machines is 8000 mm. The minimum profile weight that can be extruded on the 18 MN press is 150 g/m for six outputs, while on the 25 MN press the minimum weight is 300 g/m for six outputs. The maximum profile weight that can be produced is 11 kg/m for bars longer than 6 m. The minimum wall thickness achievable is 1 mm on the 18 MN press and 1.5 mm on the 25 MN press.
Our profile cutting equipment allows cutting profiles to a minimum length of 2000 mm on cold saws, with a maximum cutting length of 8000 mm. Additionally, we can perform surface finishing on profiles up to a length of 7000 mm.
Quality control and certifications
All surface and dimensional tolerances are produced in accordance with European standards EN 755 and EN 12020, as well as according to the specific requirements of our customers.
By using the most advanced technologies and equipment, along with careful monitoring of the extrusion process, we guarantee high product quality and delivery accuracy. Our production undergoes strict quality controls and technical specifications to ensure that every profile meets the highest standards.
We take packaging challenges very seriously and can meet even the most demanding customer requirements. When faced with complaints, we use 8D reports and a team of experts to understand the root cause of the problem and prevent it in the future. Our quick problem detection, collaborative problem-solving, and cooperation with quality departments allow us to efficiently reduce the number of complaints.
Alloys and future production
We operate in accordance with EN 755 and EN 12020 standards, while also adapting tolerances to the specific requirements of our clients. Regarding alloys, over the next year we will focus on the 6000 and 1000 series, with the majority of production using the 6060 alloy.

Benefits for clients
The control plan, work instructions, defect book, regular profile inspections, digital services, and order tracking from start to delivery ensure that our clients receive high-quality products exactly according to the agreed schedule.
